I took my 2010 Prius to Street Toyota for regular service. Having 220,000 miles on the vehicle, I wanted to keep it serviced by the same team. The service personnel were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
The rear window on my 2016 Tacoma was leaking water. Jay arranged a complimentary rental car while the window was being replaced. The window was still leaking and Jay again arranged for a rental while they investigated the cause. They found that the rear brake light seal was faulty, ordered one, and replaced it. No more leak. Street Toyota worked around my schedule as much as possible and gave me excellent service while keeping me informed every step of the way.
We are traveling. The maintenance light came on. We stopped by to see if we could get it checked. The staff took us right in and we were out in about 1 hour and on our way. Great service.
We had bought a new Toyota Rav 4 from Street Toyota and loved it and never had an issue with it, about 6 months ago I gave the Rav4 to our son, who has a 3 year old daughter (our Grand daughter)who was born with spina bifida and is learning to walk with the aid of a child's walker, he needed a larger car to for transportation of the walker.A few days ago his car wouldn't start and he called Street to get their help getting it started, they came out boosted the battery and informed my son that the battery was out of warranty due to having over 40,000 miles on the car. My son is a full time student, his wife works 50 plus hours a week to try and support the family and the medical expense of raising a handicap child in unreal....so much is not paid for by insurance, Both sides of the family tries to help out as much as possible, but the extra burden of coming up with $150.00 quoted by Street Toyota to replace the battery was beyond their reach. I called out to Street and asked to talk to the service manager who's name is Jason. I expected a battle with them over this and was so surprised when not only was Jason very nice and sympathetic to the issue, but main concern was getting my sons car up and running as to not cause them any more Hardship then they already have.Janson asked us to bring the car out to them and allow them to do a complete check over and make sure there were no other issues that needed to be addressed. which we did.Jason had the techs completely go through the Rav 4, replace the battery and make sure everything else was in good working order.....All for no charge !!!!I am so grateful for the kindness and courtesy that was demonstrated by Jason and the professional way he handled us. As a business owner I am aware that a true 5 star company will be one that has integrity and compassion when there is an issue and they go that extra mile to make things right. Jason is an asset to Street Toyota and we will be forever grateful for his compassion towards my Son and his family.
My first visit for a 10,000 service on my Toyota Camry was exceptional. Uncomfortable upon arrival the young man assigned to my customer service experience was both professional and pleasant. My husband and I are new to Amarillo and the folks we spoke with were very helpful and informative in answering our many questions. Although, our expectations were lacking on the detailing and cleaning of my car...which an attempt was made to accommodate my request...we were very pleased with the overall experience.
I had a good experience at street toyota. They are always there to help me with whatever I may need.
