Street Toyota did a fantastic job! I worked with Mr. Ken Cater as an out of state buyer. Ken took great care of me. Made me aware of all the minor imperfections in the used pick up I was wanting to buy so when I showed up there were no surprises! They got me in and out in a timely manner that way I could begin my journey back home in my new to me pickup. Fantastic people to work with. Can’t recommend them enough.

Salvador did and excellent job helping us find a vehicle. He is very low (no) pressure and laid back in his process, which I appreciate very much. He was extremely knowledgeable about very many different vehicles we were looking at and if he didn't immediately know the answer he found out quickly and got right back to me. Being from out of state, one worries if service would be fair and appropriate. I had battery problem from a new one installed in may of this year. I called service department and made an appointment to assess the problem. When I arrived, I was treated with respect and civility. Mr. Lorenzo wrote the service order for my Tundra and was pleasant and a very courteous individual that wanted to help solve my maintenance need. Driving from IL to CA and our 09 Prius broke down in Amarillo. Drove into Street Toyota service department at 2:00 PM. I did not have an appointment. However, Asst Service Manager Corey Wagoner had the car diagnosed and fixed before the end of the day. Vacation saved. Excellent service.
Madison Jonas was the best. I always had a negative stereotype about car salesmen, but Madison broke that mold. He was kind, professional, not pushy, and helped my family find the right vehicle at the right price. We love our Camry and we were pleased with the whole process.

I recently purchased a new 2019 RAV4 from Street Toyota. My salesman, Madison, was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He was happy to show me different vehicles all over the lot and to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I did not feel pressured, and I was able to come back a few weeks later to make my final selection. I would absolutely do business with Madison again. I paid cash, so my experience with Jonas in the finance department was limited, but helpful and professional. Kira in the delivery department was also thorough and fun.

He came up with a couple options that checked off every box we were looking for as well as payment amount under our budget. I recently was need of a new vehicle after by daughter’s corolla was totaled in an accident. Gus and Matt worked a deal that was perfect and Nick did a great job showing us vehicles that had the features we were wanting. Chris Clark went above and beyond to add window tint at the last minute. Finance went smoothly and didn’t waste time at all getting all the paperwork completed. Overall, a great experience. My daughter even baked a rum cake for everyone involved.
