Usually pretty quick but today it took two hours for an oil change what’s the point of booking a time if it’s going to take that long.

Was passing through town on my way to Phoenix when I had an issue with my brakes that required a tow. It was later in the afternoon, so it was looking like I would be spending the night in town. There was a tech that stayed to look at my vehicle and was able to fix the caliper that was causing the issue. Was passing through town on my way to Phoenix when I had an issue with my brakes that required a tow. It was later in the afternoon, so it was looking like I would be spending the night in town. There was a tech that stayed to look at my vehicle and was able to fix the caliper that was causing the issue. All said and done, I was back on the road within a few hours, which was the best case scenario. Lucas Cordova was my point of contact in the service department. He was very attentive and continually provided updates. Joshua Larry was the tech. What could have been a trip-ruiner ended up being a small blip and a good story. Huge thanks to both Lucas and Joshua.
